These terms govern your use of nyyxoria.com and any booking made through it.

Required by the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015.
2. Booking and contract
Orders are confirmed by email. Travel services are provided under the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 324/95-VR of 15 September 1995; tour operators must be in the Register of Tour Operators and travel agencies must have a contract with a tour operator.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and include applicable taxes. We may cancel an order if payment is not received.
4. Consumer rights and complaints
Under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" No. 1023-XII of 12 May 1991 you may file complaints with the State Service for Food Safety and Consumer Protection of Ukraine.
5. Personal data
Personal data and cookies are processed with your consent under our privacy policy, as required by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010.
6. Liability and governing law
We are liable for our obligations as provided by law and are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine.
