Package Travel Rights
Your rights when you book a package holiday, including insolvency protection and pre-contractual information.
EU Package Travel Directive
Packages sold in the EU are covered by Directive (EU) 2015/2302. The organiser is responsible for the proper performance of all travel services. You have the right to clear pre-contractual information and may transfer or cancel your booking in certain cases.
Insolvency protection
Organisers must secure refunds and repatriation if they become insolvent. You should receive proof of this protection with your booking.
Pre-contractual information
Before you are bound, you must receive the organiser's identity, total price, itinerary and cancellation terms. These form part of your contract.
Ukrainian law
Tour operators must be in the Register of Tour Operators (Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" of 15.09.1995 No. 324/95-VR). Travel agencies need a tour operator contract. You may complain to the State Service for Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" of 12.05.1991 No. 1023-XII).
Data protection
We process personal data with your consent under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" of 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI.
