Who answers you
Your enquiry goes to a student travel planner at our office on Shevchenka Street, not to a shared inbox. We reply within one working day, usually in the morning, and we write back with a route, a total price and a deposit amount you can act on.
If a departure is wrong for you, we will say so. Maybe the walking days are too long for your knees, the hostel is outside your budget, or the dates clash with exams. In that case we name a better fit or tell you to keep your money.

Send the details below and we reply with the confirmed total, the 60 EUR seat deposit and the balance deadline for your date. Fields marked with an asterisk are required. Your departure code is printed on every row of the full departure ledger.
Registered office
Our Kyiv team answers enquiries in writing, so every price, deposit and deadline we quote stays on file. Registration documents are available on request.
Written enquiries are logged with a reference number, so you can quote it on any follow-up call. Office visits are by appointment only.
